SEABROOK CIRCUIT COURT

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at the 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division during the week ending Friday, May 10, 2013, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Jesse S. Gerstman, 30, 18 Fruit St., No. 4, Newburyport; driving after license suspension, nol prossed (charges discontinued) (Seabrook).

Leslie M. Paul, 25, 212 Towle Farm Road, Hampton; reckless driving, guilty, $620 fine, 60-day loss of license (Seabrook).

Christopher P. Guerrini, 45, 620 Lafayette Road, Seabrook; theft by unauthorized taking, guilty, $500 find, suspended conditioned upon two years’ good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Hampton Falls).

Roy H. Milligan, 57, 44 True St., Seabrook; criminal mischief (vandalism), guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, suspended, conditioned upon one year’s good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations, no contact with the victim and payment of $1,775 in restitution immediately (Seabrook).

Krzysztof Zalewski, 58, 14 Penn Brook Ave., Georgetown; receiving stolen property, nol prossed (charge discontinued); theft (shoplifting), guilty, $1,020 fine, $500 suspended, 10 days in the house of correction, suspended, conditioned upon one year’s good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook).
