NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, May 15, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the following jury-waived trials:

Nicole O. Raymond, 27, 21 Wingate St., Apt. 602, Haverhill; possession of class B drugs (methadone pills), continued without finding and probation for two years conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, substance abuse counseling and aftercare, $50 Victim-Witness Fund assessment; larceny less than $250, continued without finding and probation for two years conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, substance abuse counseling and aftercare, staying away from the location of the victim, $90 VWF, $200 court costs (Amesbury).

Glendon D. Eaton, IV, 20, 12B Janvrin Dr., Seabrook; possession of class D drugs (marijuana), $50 VWF; $300 court costs, to counts of miscellaneous vehicle equipment violation, findings of responsible on both counts were filed (Salisbury).

Choloe Chateauneuf, 17, 10 Hillside Avenue, breaking and entry during the daytime for a felony, dismissed; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon counseling with an anger management component and no abuse of, staying away from and having no contact with the victim $50 VWF, $200 court costs; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a knife), dismissed; assault and battery on a police officer, dismissed (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, May 16, 2013, with Judge Mary McCabe presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Raymond J. Fitzgibbons, Jr., 45, 270 Canal St., Apt. 208, Lawrence, driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness, State Court Against Road Rage and half-day Brains At Risk programs, $50 VWF, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, restitution amount to be determined; mark lane violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Wesley M. Mansir, 23, 4 Quill Road, Newburyport; driving after license suspension, dismissed, court cost $200; motor vehicle light violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).
