SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Michael P. Harkness, 47, 11.5 Mill St., No. 21, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 2:58 p.m. and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. At the same time, Omer J. Blais, 43, 10 Elm St., Apt. E, Salisbury, was issued a summons on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Officers Richard Dellaria, Keith Forget and Mark Thomas made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.

Raymond L. Hill, 30, 281A South Main St., Seabrook, was issued a summons Friday at 8:34 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Officer Dellaria issued the summons on Central Avenue.

Eugene Quane, 44, 423B New Zealand Road, Seabrook, was issued a summons Friday at 8:41 p.m. on charges of speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Thomas and Sgt. Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Locust Street.

Joseph W. Pratt Jr., 57, 141 Beach Road, Apt. D19, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:42 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (sixth offense), operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license due to OUI, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license due to OUI while driving drunk, possession on a class B substance, unlawfully attaching plates, concealing identity to police and a previous warrant. Officers James Leavitt and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Beach Road.

Linda M. Lebel, 54, 93 Carroll Parkway, Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 7:29 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officers Thomas and Hunter made the arrest on Beach Road.

David W. Emerson, 28, 42 Bow Lane, North Conway, N.H. was issued a summons Sunday at 8:21 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a red light violation. Sgt. Robert Roy and officer Bruce Dow issued the summons on Route 1.
