Police Logs

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Thomas P. Gynan, 26, 41 Forest Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:35 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to inspect motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Interstate 495.

William A. Deutchman, 26, 186 State St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:11 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Nichols issued the summons on Main Street near Deer Island.

James Dyer, 27, 164 Whitehall Road, Apt. B3A5, Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:29 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and fail to dim headlights. Officer Nichols issued the summons on Monroe Street.

Joseph Heaphy, 26, 54 High St., No. 2, Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 8:29 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Denis Champagne Jr. and Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Macy Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Melissa Marie Hoffses, 22, 162 Wethersfield St., Rowley; Bruce Montross, 25, 62 Wethersfield St., Rowley; Kyle William Cote, 23, no fixed address: and Nicole Connor, 28, 125 Northend Blvd., Salisbury; were arrested Tuesday at 12:08 p.m. and charged with inhaling toxic vapors for effect. Officer Adam Laurent, Sgt. Jason Allen, Lt. John Wasson and Detective Daniel Lawrence made the arrests at the Town Library on Liberty Lane. Montross was also charged with violating a protective order, fugitive from justice and vandalism. Cote was also charged with failure to obey inspection requirement. Connor was also charged with fugitive from justice.

Gabriel Walker, 17, 520 High St., Apt. A, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 5:07 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Detective Lawrence made the arrest at Cigarette City, Route 1.
