ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Nicholas Minutolo, 18, 19 Kinberd Drive, North Chelmsford, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:40 a.m. on charges of threatening to commit a crime, malicious destruction of property more than $250 and disorderly conduct. The summons was issued after police responded to a vandalism report on Bowlery Drive.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Jeannine McCarthy, 40, 25 Hillside St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and defective equipment. Officer Michael Traister issued the summons on Salem Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Mark Matarazzo, 54, 22 Meadowview Road, Georgetown, was arrested Wednesday at 4:10 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on North Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Kevin S. Nabydoski, 31, 343 Hampshire Road, Methuen, was arrested Tuesday at 3:40 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, an equipment violation and marked lanes. Trooper Cormier made the arrest in Topsfield.

George S. Patouliotis, 44, 76 Chadwick St., No. 1, Bradford, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:02 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration. Trooper Nangle issued the summons in Rowley.
