NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Joseph Koslow, 44, 248 Broadway, Lawrence, was issued a summons Friday at 6:38 p.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Officer Kevin Martin issued the summons on 61st Street.

Braulio Almonte, 34, 97 Bailey St., Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 7:51 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Inspector Michael Sugrue and officer Christopher McDonald made the arrest on Low Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Kylie L. Reese, 24, 15 Launching Road, Andover, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:01 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer David Clark issued the summons on Macy Street.

Scott Thomas Brady, 43, 2 D St., Merrimac, was arrested Saturday at 6:41 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and speeding. Officer Craig Lesage and Sgt. David Noyes made the arrest on Interstate 495.

David R. Kelley, 50, 13 Hill St,. Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 10:03 p.m. and charged with assault and battery. Officers Ronald Guilmette, Charles Sciacca and Noyes made the arrest on Hill Street.

Nicholas J. Hood, 27, 33 Lake St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:39 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Steven Reed issued the summons on Cedar Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Katie M. Sullivan, 27, 56 East Main St., No. 2, Merrimac, was arrested Friday at 5:02 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Officer Patrick Szymkowski and Sgt. Eugene Scione made the arrest on Elm Street.

Ramses Medrano, 49, 2 Kendell Lane, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 7:11 a.m. and charged with threat to commit murder, assault with a dangerous weapon (knife), domestic assault and battery (subsequent offense), intimidating a witness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Michael Alder, Timothy Rivet and Detective Steven Sforza made the arrest on Kendell Lane.
