Cindy McLind, 56, 24 High St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 3:31 p.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Officers Keith Forget and Richard Dellaria issued the summons on High Street.

Joseph Evangelista, 37, 14 Ocean St., No. 6, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:01 p.m. on charges of domestic assault and battery, intimidating a witness and threatening to commit murder. Officer Dellaria and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Ocean Street.

Johnny Ramon Reyes, 20, 15 Carter St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 5:57 p.m. and charged with distributing a class D substance and possession of a class D substance. Officers Forget and Hunter made the arrest on Bridge Road.

Mark Talas, 23, 45 Seabrook Road, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 9:06 p.m. and charged with trespassing. Officers Dellaria, Forget and Hunter made the arrest on Route 1.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Nicholas C. Teague, 20, 47 Weare Road, Apt. 1-23, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 9:16 a.m. and charged with criminal trespassing. Officers Justin Murphy and John Mounsey made the arrest on Batchelder Road.

John Thomas Balser, 44, 55 Centennial St., No. 0, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 9:56 p.m. and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. Officers Ryan Kane and Chester Felch made the arrest on Route 1.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

William D. MacKinnon, 48, 3 Brock Ave,. Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 6:10 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Sgt. Stephen Jenkins made the arrest on Brock Avenue.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Darren DiStefano, 47, 8 Upham St., Peabody, was issued a summons Thursday at 3:19 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.
