Timothy McNiff, 25, 15 Wildes Road, Chelmsford, was arrested Saturday at 11:55 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield/stop. Officer Steven A. Ringuette made the arrest on Broad Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Paige E. Witham, 23, 41 Danielle Drive, Haverhill, was arrested Thursday at 5:15 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Neil Moody and Eric Ryan made the arrest on Salem Street.

Nouraldin M. Saleh, 26, 35 Burrill Ave., Lynn, was issued a summons Friday at 2 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension. Officer Moody issued the summons on Salem Street.

Dana A. Fecteau, 49, 14 Sandler St., No. 2, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 11:36 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Bret Moyer made the arrest on Salem Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Claudiney Castro, 32, 15 Goldcliff Road, Malden, was issued a summons Friday at 2:48 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a lights violation. Trooper Schumaker issued the summons in Newbury.

Marilyn J. Judson, 48, 99 Church St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Friday at 11:42 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Flanagan issued the summons in Amesbury.

Amanda Marie Smart, 24, 402 River St. Apt. 4D, Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 3:37 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a breakdown violation. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Haverhill.
