The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Edward Logan, 46, 44 West 22nd St., Apt. 2F, New York City, was arrested Monday at 10:56 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a wrong-way violation. Officers Joshua Tierney, Charles Vorderis, Richard Rocco and Sgt. Howard Adams made the arrest following a motor vehicle crash on High Street.

John Desormeaux, 39, 178 Elm St., No. 4, Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:04 a.m. on charges of assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon and leave scene of property damage. Officers Dani Michalek, Jason Kohan and Sgt. Peter Finnegan issued the summons on Pheasant Run Drive.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Stephen Bain, 45, 45 Macy St., Apt. 307B, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 1:35 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Kevin Ward, Lauren Tirone and Thomas Hanshaw made the arrest on Macy Street.

Steven D. Stills, 40, 18 Adelaide Ave., Methuen; and Assya Diani, 46, 41 Glen Devin St., Amesbury; were issued summonses Sunday at 4:39 p.m. on a charge of assault and battery. Officer Tirone issued the summonses at the Amesbury police station.

Benjamin Hadler, 24, 27 Jefferson St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:41 p.m. on charges of attaching plates to conceal identity, failure to inspect and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officers Kevin Mulrenin and Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Macy Street.

April Tilton, 25, 9A Jon St., Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 7:06 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Nichols and Raymond Landry made the arrest on Congress Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Leonard W. Dobson, 44, 38 Old Point Road, Newbury, was issued a summons Monday at 6:56 p.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. The summons was issued following an incident on Forest Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Kellie Hayes, 26, 203 Mill Road, No. 2, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 10:59 a.m. and charged with simple assault. Sgt. David Buccheri and officer Adam Laurent made the arrest on Belgian Drive.

Joseph A. Anderson, 35, 1098 Maplewood Ave., Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 1:19 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and driving after suspension or revocation. Officer Michael Cawley made the arrest on Route 1.

Judy B. Pirtle, 58, 24-113 Batchelder Road, Apt. B-16, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 6:22 p.m. and charged with four counts of receiving stolen property and four counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers David Hersey, Keith Dietenhofer and Sgt. Buccheri made the arrest on Batchelder Road.

Joseph Brunelle, 19, 180 Groton Road, Westford, was arrested Monday at 12:47 a.m. and charged with two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs with intent to distribute. Officers Dietenhofer, Kevin Gelineau, Hersey and Sgt. Buccheri made the arrest on Ocean Avenue following a fight in progress call. Two others at the scene were placed in protective custody.

Lynn A. Eaton, 48, 21 Folly Mill Terrace, Apt. 6A, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 9:23 a.m. and charged with simple assault. Officers Patrick Smart, John Mounsey and Adam Laurent made the arrest on Folly Mill Terrace.

Tyler L. Souther, 18, 106 Friend St., No. 17, Amesbury, and a juvenile were arrested Monday at 3:36 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest following an incident at Walmart on Route 1.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Adam Patrick Malynn, 23, 101 Bennett Hill Road, Rowley, was arrested Saturday at 1:34 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right on a hill/obstructed view. The arrest was made on Wethersfield Street.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

James F. DiSanto, 48, 32 Sprague St., Billerica, was arrested Sunday at 9:39 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, operating to endanger, marked lanes and driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense). Sgt. Puopolo made the arrest in Haverhill.

Raphael M. Santana, 19, 5 Glen Meadow Road, Bradford, was issued a summons Monday at 4:27 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes and fail to yield at intersection. At the same time, police issued a summons to Bruno O. Moreira, 30, 672 Armonry St., Manchester, N.H., on a charge of allowing improper operation of motor vehicle. Trooper Johnson issued the summonses in Haverhill.
