Police Logs

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Zach Belmonte, 17, 39 Greenwood St., Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 6:28 p.m. and charged with fail to stop for police, speeding, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered operation of a motor vehicle, uninsured operation of a motor vehicle and giving false name to police. Officers David Noyes, Thomas Nichols and Lauren Tirone made the arrest on Buttonwood Drive.

A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:15 p.m. on charges of failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a license class violation. Officer Noyes issued the summons on Cote Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Cathryn Ann Foustoukos, 24, 16 Pleasant St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 2:18 p.m. on charges of tailgating and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Michael Alder issued the summons following a motor vehicle accident on Elm Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Hollis Russell Emery, 65, 413R Lafayette Road, Apt. R, Hampton, N.H. was arrested Tuesday at 12:58 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. Officers John Mounsey and Michael Cawley made the arrest on the Interstate 95-Route 107 off ramp following a motor vehicle accident.

Robert Sproul, 48, 2 Greystone Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 7:40 p.m. and charged with theft by unauthorized taking and stalking. Officers Ryan Kane, Keith Dietenhofer and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Route 1.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Rosalis Rios, 41, 31 Stevens Ave., Lawrence, was issued a summons Tuesday at 12:45 a.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and fail to signal. Officer Michael Croteau, with assistance from Stephen Jenkins and Detective Aaron Wojtkowski made the arrest on Interstate 95 north.
