NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 1, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Christian J. Sawyer, 24, 30 Summit Road, Medford; uninsured vehicle, dismissed; driving after registration suspension, dismissed; vehicle brake violation, not responsible (West Newbury).

Tyler E. Johnson, 19, 8 Gove Lane, Salisbury; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for two months (Salisbury)

John R. Murphy, 60, 17 Gustavus St., Leominster, Mass.; unlicensed driving, dismissed with court costs of $50 and $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment (State Police).

Cassandra A. Lees, 21, 47 Richdale Ave., Lynn; uninsured vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months; unlicensed driving, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months; driving after license suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months (West Newbury).

Cynthia Cunningham, 48, 23 Hillside Ave., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, one year in the house of corrections, 15 days to be and deemed served with the balance suspended and two years' probation conditioned upon wearing an electronic monitoring device with a sobriety monitor for six months and having a substance abuse evaluation and taking part in recommended follow-up treatment and remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 VWF, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, two years' probation with the same conditions as indicated in the previous sentence (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Sept. 2, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Manuela Lopes, 19, 20 Auburn St., Apt. 3, Brockton, driving after license suspension, dismissed, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, $150 fine (Salisbury).

Tiffany Gardner, 22, 40 Brissette Ave., Apt. 4, Salisbury; distribution of a class B drug (Percocet), guilty, probation for two years, conditions upon substance abuse evaluation and treatments and remaining drug free, and staying away from the Driftwood Motel in Salisbury Beach, $50 VWF and $150 Default Assessment Fee; possession of class B drugs (Percocet), guilty, two years probation, $50 VWF; possession of class E drugs, (Adderall), guilty, two years probation, $50 VWF; possession of class B drugs to distribute (Percocet), guilty, two years' probation, $50 VWF; distribution of class B drugs (Percocet), guilty, two years' probation, $50 VWF, $150 DAF; distribution of class B drugs (Percocet), guilty, two years' probation, $50 VWF, $159 DAF; all sentences to run concurrently and probationary periods under the same conditions as indicated in the first count (Salisbury).

Joseph Landry, 42, 243 North End Blvd., Apt. B, Salisbury; two counts of domestic assault and battery, dismissed at the request of the victim and defendant; two counts of assault, dismissed at the request of the victim and defendant; assault to murder, nol prosequi (discontinued) (Salisbury).

Wade M. Donaldson, 48, 174 Hillside St., Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; license not in possession, not responsible (Amesbury).

Boyd S. Drew, 40, 9 Hilland Ave., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol — second offense, guilty, probation for two years conditioned upon substance abuse evaluation and follow up treatment, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for one year; negligent driving , continued without finding and probation for one year; license not in possession, not responsible; marked lane violation, responsible, filed (State Police).

Gary E. Richards, 60, 43 Prospect St., Gloucester; driving after license suspension — subsequent offense, guilty, 60 days in the house of correction, 22 days to be and deemed served and the balance suspended with one-year probation, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, dismissed; uninsured vehicle, guilty, one year probation concurrent with count 1 (Newbury).

Brian Hurton, 20, 125 Main St., Apt. 3 Fl. 10, Amesbury; disorderly conduct, guilty, filed; resisting arrest, guilty, one year in the house of correction, committed and to be served concurrently with a previous conviction (Amesbury).

Robert Marshall, 53, 24 Oakland St., Newburyport; uninsured vehicle, dismissed with $100 court cost and $50 VWF; unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed (Newbury).

David A. Hardwood, 41, 98 Forest Road, Salisbury; domestic assault and battery, dismissed with the request of the victim and defendant (Salisbury).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Monday, Aug. 30, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Terance E. Markiewicz, 25, 62 High St., Hoosick, N.Y.; driving without a license, guilty, $124 fine (Seabrook).

Christopher M. Demedeiros, 19, 129 Madison Ave., Allentown; unlawful possession of alcohol, nol prossed (discontinued); possession of controlled/narcotic drug (Percocet), nol prossed (discontinued); possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), nol prossed (discontinued) (Seabrook).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Wednesday, Sept. 1, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Christopher D. Files, 47, 3 North Hunt Road, Amesbury; fraudulent use of credit cards, complaint placed on file with finding for one year based on good behavior and payment of restitution to the victim of $672.68 (Seabrook).

Dennis W. Eaton, 22, 1679 Provice Road, Strafford; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $100 fine, suspended (Seabrook).

Frank B. Janvrin, 68, 70 Railroad Ave., Seabrook; prescription drug violation (oxycodone), complaint place on file without finding (Seabrook).

Christopher Ginardina, 370 Woburn St., Wilmington; driving without a valid license, nol prossed (discontinued) (Seabrook).
