The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Eddie Bernardi Rustandi, 28, 38 Craigie St., Somerville, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:21 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Officer Christopher McDonald issued the summons on Parker Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Jocelyn Santiago, 30, 8 Talbot St., Manchester, N.H., was arrested Friday at 5:36 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an equipment violation. Officers Thomas Nichols, Kevin Mulrenin and Denis Champagne Jr. made the arrest on Greenleaf Street.

Andy Hernandez-Garcia, 20, 65 Jackson St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 8:38 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Nichols issued the summons on Macy Street.

David Lamson, 53, 6 Carriage Hill Road, No. 12, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:18 p.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (door) and trespassing. Officers Nichols and Michael Purvis made the arrest on Carriage Hill Road.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Adam L. Boucher, 38, 19 Mudnock Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Friday at 7:10 p.m. on charges of operating to endanger and motor vehicle not meeting RMV standards. Officers Patrick Szymkowski and Luis Valdez issued the summons on Elm Street.

Glen C. Johnson, 47, 142 Pleasant Valley St, B30, A201, Methuen, was arrested Saturday at 12:26 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and fail to stop at stop sign. Officers Jeremy Kelley and Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.

Donna M. Pomphrett, 51, 742 Washington Sr., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 3:52 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Neil Moody issued the summons on Beach Road.

Brian J. Myers, 51, 65 Hemlock Haven, Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 7:58 p.m. on charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Officer Dellaria issued the summons on Bridge Road. At the same time, Thomas S. Rita, 50, 10 Deer Crossing Road, Seabrook, was arrested on a previous warrant.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

George W. Dow, 70, 5 Foggs Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 5:34 p.m. and charged with vandalism and theft by unauthorized taking. Officer Daniel Hickman made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

James W. Price, 18, 7 Cottage Way, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers Ryan Kane and David Hersey made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.

Peter A. Riley, 48, 148 Ocean Blvd,. Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 6:56 a.m. and charged with simple assault. Officers Kane, Jeremy Tetreault, Michael Cawley and Justin Murphy made the arrest on Ocean Boulevard.

David Steven Janvrin, 37, 144 Centennial Drive, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 1:30 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and a bench warrant. Officers Kane and Hickman made the arrest on Route 286.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Joseph R. Richard, 32, 3 Summer St., Rowley, was arrested Sunday at 1:59 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and possession of a class C substance. Officer John Lucey III made the arrest on Route 1.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Donald Chick, 56, 388 North St., Georgetown, was arrested Saturday at 10:30 a.m. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Officer Michael Goddu made the arrest on North Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Angela Mims, 46, 26 11th Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 4:34 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Barry Coker and John Cammarata issued the summons on Main Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Leonard Melvin, 58, 105 Depot Road, Boxford, was issued a summons Friday at 1:15 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license, attaching number plates to motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Steven Petrone issued the summons.

Kelly E. Bradshaw, 29, 265 Center St., Groveland, was arrested Friday at 10:20 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Eric Gorski and Joshua Sindoni made the arrest on Center Street.

Darren J. DiStefano, 46, 25 Hilltop Circle, West Newbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:50 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker and attaching plates to a motor vehicle. Officers Sindoni and Gorski issued the summons on Salem Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Clener B. Walter, 42, 10035 Northwest 4th St., Miami, was issued a summons Friday at 7:14 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Boxford.

Philip D. White, 40, 109 Roffee St., Barrington, R.I., was issued a summons Saturday at 9:15 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations. Trooper O’Connell issued the summons in Georgetown.

Alex J. Andrews, 21, 42 Joan Drive, Quincy, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:36 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Sgt. McNeil issued the summons in Boxford.
