SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, Nov. 16:

Joseph P. Trembley, 47, 1122 Blue Hill Ave., (last known address), Bloomfield, Conn.; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, $500 fine, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior that includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook).

Katelyn M. Murtagh, 26, 40 High Ridge Drive, Dover, N.H.; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $620 fine, 9-month loss of license; transporting open container of alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, guilty, $186 fine, no further license loss; unregistered vehicle, guilty, $103 fine (South Hampton).
