NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Francis James O’Neil, 20, 38 Ferry Road, Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:39 p.m. on a charge of marijuana possession. Officers Michael Wilichoski and Joshua Tierney issued the summons on Hale Street.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Garry Kofman, 62, 213 Kelton St., No. 101, Allston, was arrested Tuesday at 1:04 p.m. and charged with failing to stop for police and speeding in violation of special regulations. Deputy Chief John Lucey Jr. made the arrest on North Street.

John T. Aleixo, 20, 2 Avery St,. No. 188, Boston, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:36 a.m. on two counts of annoying phone calls. Detective Aaron Wojtkowski issued the summons at the Newbury police station.

GEORGETOWN

The following items were recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Michael Harrington, 41, no fixed address, was arrested Tuesday at 8:05 a.m. and charged with three previous warrants. Detective James Rodden made the arrest on Noyes Road.

Daniel Chick, 56, 388 North St., Georgetown, was arrested Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, violating an abuse prevention order and resisting arrest. Detective Rodden made the arrest on North Street.

Glenn Wilkins, 57, 20 Elm St., Georgetown, was arrested Tuesday at 11:53 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Detective Rodden made the arrest on Elm Street.

Kerry Kelly, 58, 39 Twin Brook Circle, Bradford, was arrested Tuesday at 11:29 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on Baldpate Road.

Matthew Labella, 25, 374 Middle Road, Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 3:48 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation. Sgt. Scott Hatch made the arrest on West Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Roberto Segura, 25, 57 Curtis Road, Revere, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Cormier issued the summons in Amesbury.

Michael Tyler Kehoe, 17, 88 Ipswich Road, Boxford, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:03 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and impeded operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Boxford.

William J. Cuddy, 29, 320 Central St., Rowley, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:55 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with revoked insurance. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Danvers.

Conrado A. Baez, 24, 514 Hardely West Drive, Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 11:02 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (subsequent offense). Lt. Zipper made the arrest in Haverhill.
