DISTRICT COURT

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division, the week ending Friday, Nov. 30:

John E. Langstern, 54, 1204 30th St., No. 35, Spokane, Wash.; filing a false report with law enforcement, nol prossed (case discontinued) (Seabrook).

Michael Bussey, 19, 30 Rabbit Road, Salisbury; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $100 fine, suspended pending good behavior (Seabrook).

Richard Murphy, 29, 436 Winnacunnet Road, No. 307, Hampton; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (heroin) and receiving stolen property (railroad tie plates). Murphy’s hearing on the charges was scheduled for Nov. 28. The court issued a bench warrant for his arrest due to his failure to appear for the hearing. (Seabrook).

Timothy Kasprsyk, 21, 218 Central St., Rowley; driving while intoxicated, nol prossed (case discontinued); reckless driving, guilty, $1,120 fine with $500 suspended pending one year good behavior and the completion of an evaluation by a licensed drug and alcohol counselor within 60 days, with proof of compliance with recommended treatment presented to the court (New Hampshire State Police).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Nov. 29, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Robert J. McGee, 41, 11 Carpenter Road, Lynnfield; uninsured vehicle, dismissed; driving after registration suspension, dismissed; unregistered vehicle, not responsible; speeding, responsible, $200 assessment (State Police).
