The following jury-waived trials were recorded Thursday, Nov. 29, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Anthony Martin, 30, 28 Osgood Road, East Kingston, N.H.; possession of a class C substance, continued without finding for six months, $50 Victims Witness Fund; conspiracy to commit drug law, dismissed (Amesbury).

Christopher D. Snow, 40, 4 Stacey Drive, Rochester, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in house of correction, sentence suspended for two years, 14-day inpatient treatment and aftercare, two-year loss of license, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; marked lanes, responsible, filed (West Newbury).

David D. Iannuccillo, 24, 90 Haverhill Road, Amesbury; distributing a class C substance, continued without finding for 18 months; conspiracy to violate drug law, dismissed (Amesbury).

Andres E. Minaya, 19, 5 Hall St., third floor, Lawrence; person under 21 in possession of alcohol, pretrial probation for two months, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Marla Marcelin, 26, 164 Whitehall Road, B3A20, Amesbury; larceny over $250, 2 1/2 years in house of correction, six months to be served, balance suspended for two years while on probation, 94 days deemed served, restitution to be determined; identity fraud, 2 1/2 years in house of correction, six months to be served, balance suspended for two years while on probation, 94 days deemed servied; receiving stolen property more than $250, 2 1/2 years in house of correction, six months to be served, balance suspended for two years while on probation, 94 days deemed served. Counts 2 and 3 could be served after count 1 is served or concurrently depending on court (Amesbury).

Frank P. Amatangelo, 65, 11 Margin St., No. 8, Lynn; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Mark Glaser, 52, 97 River St., Merrimac; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed upon payment of $250 court costs (Merrimac).
