NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

John P. Kenney, 66, 19 Maple St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment; $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lane violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Juana Ramos-Lopez, 27, 33 Rogers Ave., Apt. 1, Lynn; unlicensed driving, dismissed, $100 court cost, $50 VWF (Rowley).

Matthew Bonderson, 25, 208 Ash St., West Newbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in the house of correction, 28 days to be and deemed served with the balance suspended and two years probation conditioned upon completion of a 14-day inpatient substance abuse treatment program and remaining drug and alcohol free, two-year loss of license, $250 HIF, $50 OUI-V, $50 VWF; possession of class C drugs, continued without finding and probation for two years to be served concurrently; miscellaneous vehicle equipment violation, responsible, filed (West Newbury).

Tyler X. Tripodi, 21, 19 Moran Road, North Billerica; driving after license suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

James W. Manley, 41, 89 Haverhill St., Rowley; domestic assault and battery, guilty, 18 months in the house of correction with four months to be served and the balance suspended with two years probation conditioned upon completion of a batterers’ program, abiding by the restraining order, no abuse of the victim and remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 VWF; witness intimidation, guilty, two years probation conditioned upon having no contact with the victim; violation of an abuse prevention order, filed without change of plea (Rowley).

Corey H. Ruane, 22, 4 Quill Road, Newburyport; uninsured vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months, $50 VWF; unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed (Newburyport).
