Brian K. Gibbon, 49, 141 Beach Road, Apt. D7, Salisbury; resisting arrest, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 VWF; disturbing the peace, continued without finding and probation for three months (Salisbury).

Justin A. Hickey, 23, 12 West Shore Road, Merrimac; driving after license suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Sovann S. Pen, 15 Autumn St., No. 3, Lynn; driving after registration suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months, $50 VWF; uninsured vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months (Merrimac).

Welligton S. Damiao, 28, 4 Beverly Commons Drive, Beverly; unlicensed driving, guilty, $200 fine, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, $100 fine (Rowley).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Jake Pereira, 19, 1 Arlington St., Apt. 6, Amesbury; credit card fraud, guilty, 30 days in the house of corrections, committed, to be served concurrently with a prior sentence, $85 restitution (Amesbury).
