NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Dec. 4 at the Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Scott Loring, 19, 30 Prospect St., Rowley; possession of Class D drug with intention to distribute, pretrial probation for six months; possession of Class E drug, concurrent penalty; complete drug diversion program (Newburyport).

Katherine Grillo, 35, 7 Oak St., Wilmington; OUI, drugs, pretrial probation, nine months (State Police, Newbury).

Roger Hedstrom, 57, 238 Main St., Rowley; assault and battery (domestic), assault and battery on police officer, resisting arrest, battery fee, $350; 90 days in house of correction, 23 days deemed served, balance suspended; intimidation of a witness, continued without finding until June 2014, victim-witness program, $90 (Rowley).

Karen Ogden, 33, 147 Sylvan St., Danvers; leaving scene of property damage, admission to facts, continued without finding for 18 months, victim-witness fund, $50, restitution to be determined, Jan. 4, 2013 (Salisbury).

William Holt, 48, 83 West Main St., Merrimac; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, pretrial probation for two months (Amesbury).
