Katie Anna Burrill, 21, 9 Surfside Road, No. 20, Lynn, was arrested Tuesday at 5:35 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a lights violation. Officer David Noyes made the arrest on Macy Street.
SALISBURY
The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Kellie A. Lemon, 43, 110 Lafayette Road, No. 19, Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 5:43 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and failure to notify RMV of name/address change. Officers Richard Dellaria and James Pollard made the arrest on Toll Road.
NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:
Jacqueline Lucas, 37, 8 57th St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:09 p.m. on charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Joseph Santiago and Gregg Frappier issued the summons on Plum Island Turnpike.

Charles Turner, 42, 176 Elm St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Monday at 8:10 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on West Main Street.
Jane Bourassa, 49, 413 Main St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:24 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Coppola issued the summons on Broad Street.
