DISTRICT COURT

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Friday, Sept. 25, in Newburyport District Court. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived cases:

Stephen McGrath, 51, 2 Evans Place, Amesbury; driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, placed on two months' pretrial probation, ordered to pay $50 for the state Victim/Witness Fund (Newbury).

Todd A. Bourdelais, 36, 2 Carriage Hill Road, Apt. 16, Amesbury; violating an abuse prevention order, found guilty, sentenced to two years in the house of correction, ordered to pay $50 for the VWF (Amesbury).

John T. Crowley, 47, 9 First St., Salisbury; driving without a license, dismissed, ordered to pay $50 costs, $50 for the VWF; not having an inspection sticker, found not responsible (Newburyport).

Nancy E. Green, 52, 10 Boxford Road, Unit 1, Rowley; larceny of property valued at more than $250, continued without finding for three years, sentenced to three years' probation, ordered to pay restitution of $6,475.90; larceny of property valued at more than $250, continued without finding for three years, sentenced to three years' probation (concurrent), ordered to pay restitution of $4,751.50; forging or uttering a credit card, continued without finding for three years, sentenced to three years' probation (concurrent) (State).

Allan P. Robichau, 44, 43 Holton St., Peabody; negligent driving, found guilty, sentenced to two years' probation, ordered to attend Brains At Risk program, ordered to pay $250 for the Head Injury Fund, $50 for the VWF; marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed; marked lanes violation, found not responsible; speeding, found responsible, ordered to pay assessment of $550 (State).

James Spaziano, 58, 11 14th St., Newbury; assault, continued without finding for six months, sentenced to six months' probation, ordered to stay away and have no contact with victim, to write a letter of apology, to pay $50 for the VWF (Newbury).

John Santos, 27, 58 Elm St., Salisbury; driving an uninsured vehicle, placed on pretrial probation for six months, ordered to pay $50 for the VWF; driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, placed on pretrial probation for six months (concurrent); driving without a license, sentenced to pretrial probation for six months (concurrent) (Salisbury).

Christopher M. Lane, 26, 289 Access Road, Sanbornville, N.H.; driving without a license, dismissed (Newbury).

Kurt W. Maimaron, 46, 33 Elmira Ave., Newburyport; driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, placed on pretrial probation for two months (Newbury).
