STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the state police log at the Newbury barracks:
Robert G. Nardella, 38, 27 Turkey Hill Road, Newburyport, was arrested on Wednesday at 9:48 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Wakeham made the arrest in Newburyport.
Jay Oster, 44, 46 Prince St., 2, Salem, N.H., was issued a summons on Thursday on charges of for failure to inspect vehicle and driving after suspension. Trooper Crowley issued the summons in Haverhill.
Christine P. Surette, 43, 68 Lincoln Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday on a charge of driving without a license. Trooper Moriawk issued the summons in Haverhill.
Matthew A. Coelho, 23, 44 West St., Revere, was issued a summons Thursday at 1:25 p.m. on a charge of driving without a license. Trooper Gerardi issued the summons in Haverhill.
Rodolo Lara, 58 Pilling St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday at 1:25 p.m. on a charge of allowing improper operation of vehicle. Trooper Gerardi issued the summons in Haverhill.
Steven Allen, 20, 713 Washington St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday on a charge of driving after suspension. Trooper Moriawk issued the summons in Haverhill.
AMESBURY
The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Roland Janvrin, 4 Pelton Way, 4, Hampton Falls, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 9:12 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes violation and failing to signal. Officers Michael Purvis, Steven Reed and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest during a motor vehicle stop on Main Street.

Rodolfo R. Prata, 18, 153 Washington St., Peabody, is to be summonsed by officer Mark Smigielski on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street Thursday at 2:37 p.m.
