Police Logs

AMESBURY

The following item was listed in the Amesbury police log:

Kenneth M. Valentine, 29, 20 Summer St., Amesbury, was arrested on a warrant on Saturday at 7:23 p.m. Officers Raymond Landry and Michael Purvis made the arrest at the defendant's residence.

GEORGETOWN

The following items were listed in the Georgetown police log:

Chris Cameron, 241 Andover St., Georgetown, was arrested on Saturday at 1:37 a.m. and charged with DUI. Officers Derek Jones and Scott Hatch made the arrest on Andover Street.

Jonah Madden, 34, was arrested on Saturday at 3:50 a.m. on charges of DUI and a marked lanes violation. Officers Jones and Hatch made the arrest.

Robert Melideo, 20, 26 Nelson Ave., Georgetown, was arrested on Saturday at 8:14 p.m. on charges of minor transporting alcohol, destruction of property valued at under $250 and possession of a Class D substance. William R. Melideo, 18, same address, was arrested on charges of destruction of property under $250 and minor in possession of alcohol. Daniel Horner, 18, 3 Whiffletree Lane, Georgetown, was arrested on charges of minor in possession of alcohol and possession of a Class D substance. Sgt. Kevin Defeo and Officer Keith Grant made the arrests.

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were listed in the Newburyport police log:

Michael J. Regan, 48, 120 Billerica St., Lowell, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a one-way street violation on Sunday at 1:09 a.m. Sgt. Alan Maguire and Officer Dani Michalek made the arrest at the Thirsty Whale in Market Square.

John C. Zytkewicz, 59, 113 Howe St., Methuen, was arrested and charged with shoplifting on Sunday at 12;10 p.m. Sgt. Alan Maguire and investigator Michael J. Sugrue made the arrest at Market Basket Supermarket on Storey Ave.

SALISBURY

The following items were listed in the Salisbury police log:

Kyle D. Trafford, 20, 6 High St., Salisbury, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and for having alcohol under the age of 21 on Friday at 10:50 p.m. Officers Tim Hunter and Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Locust Street at Folly Mill Road.

Michelle Lemieux, 42, 229 Beach Road, #203, Salisbury, was arrested on a warrant on Saturday at 1:35 a.m. Officers Tim Hunter and Richard Dellaria made the arrest at The Driftwood Motel on 229 Beach Road.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were listed in the West Newbury police log:

Lacey Bowens, 29, 32 Horton St., Dorchester, was arrested Wednesday at 8:23 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a lights violation, failure to stop for police and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Eric Forni and Barry Coker made the arrest on Main Street.

Elisa Parrazzo, 43, 136 Main St., West Newbury, was issued a summons on Thursday at 4:06 p.m. on charges of driving a vehicle with revoked registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

Catherine Blais, 44, of 4 Morgan Drive, Methuen, was issued a summons on Thursday at 4:52 p.m. for driving with a revoked registration, an uninsured motor vehicle and a suspended license. Officers Coker and Gregory Whitney issued the summons on Main Street.

Patrick O'Neil, 33, 15 Birch Drive, Sandown, N.H., was arrested on Saturday at 12:38 a.m. and charged with DUI, second offense, and a marked lanes violation. Officer Forni made the arrest on Bridge Street.
