Leslie A. Warren, 36, 13 Louis Lane, Apt. 3, East Hampstead, N.H.; domestic assault and battery, guilty, sentenced to six months in the house of correction, balance suspended and placed on probation for two years under the condition of remaining drug and alcohol free and submitting to random screens, ordered to attend anger management program and substance abuse counseling, $50 Victim-Witness Assistance Fund (VWF); violating abuse prevention order, guilty, sentenced to one year in the house of corrections, balance suspended and placed on probation for two years, $50 VWF (Rowley).
James Amirault, 32, 12 Second St., Saugus; juror failed to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).
Danny Rosado, 33, 76 Dorchester St., 2nd floor, Lawrence; juror failed to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).
James Butts, 52, 1 Bay St., Amesbury; assault and battery, dismissed (Amesbury).

Sean Quinn, 20, 18 Dartmouth Way, Newbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without a finding and placed on probation for six months, 210-day loss of license, ordered to attend Alcohol Safety Awareness Program (ASAP), State Courts Against Road Rage (SCARR), and one-half day Brains At Risk (BAR) programs, ordered to remain drug and alcohol free and submit to random screens, $250 Head Injury Fund (HIF), $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI-Victim's fee, $50 VWF; person under 21 in possession of alcohol, continued without a finding for six months; failure to slow down, responsible; possession of an open container of alcohol in vehicle, responsible, $500 assessment (Amesbury).
