POLICE LOG

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Susan A. DeMasi, 62, 34, 4 Collins Ave., Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 2:13 p.m. on a warrant. Officers Shawn Eaton and Charles Vorderis made the arrest on State Street.

Frank J. Palazzo, no age given, 12 Woodman Way 21, Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 2:34 p.m. on charges of assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime. Officer Keith Carter issued the summons on Woodman Way.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Wendy Makrides, 60, 99 Central Ave., Salisbury, was issued summonses on charges of driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. Officer Bruce Dow issued the summonses Thursday at 4:09 p.m. on Beach Road.

Richard J. Wolkovits, 62, 16 Jak-Len Drive, Salisbury, was issued summonses on charges of driving after license suspension and speeding. Officer Richard Dellaria issued the summonses yesterday at 1:43 p.m. on Jak-Len Drive.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Courtney M. Beals, 29, 2 Pond St., Stoneham, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, marked lanes violation and driving the wrong way on a state highway. Officers Steven Reed and Michael Purvis made the arrest on Macy Street on Thursday at 10:52 p.m.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Mark Santiago, 33, 35 Robbins Ave., A33, Dracut, was arrested on a warrant on charges of driving after license suspension and seat belt violation. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest yesterday at 3:34 p.m.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Michael Anthony Cipoletta Jr., 44, 41 Observatory Ave., Haverhill, was issued summonses on charges of driving without a license and speeding on Thursday at 10:03 p.m.

Euzencleves, J. Bastos, 26, 20 Lafayette St., No. 1, Ipswich, was arrested on a warrant Thursday at 10:30 p.m.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Raul Santos, 31, 420 Main St., Apt. 2, Haverhill, was issued a summons on a charge of driving after license suspension. Trooper Peter Morawiak issued the summons Thursday in Haverhill.

Rafael Cunha, 21, 192 Kennedy Drive, No. 204, Malden, was issued summonses on charges of driving after license suspension and failing to stop at a stop sign. Trooper Patrick Silva issued the summonses in Haverhill Thursday at 9:40 p.m.

Mark A. Arroyo, 21, 170 Union St., Apt. 2, Lawrence, was issued summonses on charges of speeding and unlicensed driving. Trooper Matthew Topping issued the summonses in Haverhill Friday at 12:30 a.m.

Kimberly A. Smith, 22, 20 Homestead St., Haverhill, was issued summonses on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and marked lanes violation. Trooper Topping issued the summonses Friday at 3:30 a.m. in Haverhill.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Shawn Tennent, 32, 28 Folly Mill Terrace, Seabrook, was arrested and charged with violating a protection order. Officers Adam Laurent, Frank Brown, Chet Felch, Mark Richardson and Sgt. John Wasson made the arrest on Folly Mill Road yesterday at 12:42 a.m.
