Ingrid Lor, 49, 13 Oak St., Newburyport, was arrested Thursday at 3:14 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, negligent driving, and reckless endangerment of children. Officers Robert Vatcher and Shawn Eaton made the arrest following a motor vehicle crash on Water Street.

The following item was recorded in the state police log at the Newbury barracks:
Jason Knox, 32, 82 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested on two warrants on Thursday at 12:55 p.m. Trooper Michael Gondella made the arrest in Merrimac.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Joseph W. Eaton, 40, 14 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday at 2:57 p.m. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest on Washington Street.
Joshua S. Wilgoren, 29, 1501 Main St., No. 39, Framingham, was arrested and charged with abandoning a vehicle, public urination or defecation, and negligent driving. Officer Chet Felch made the arrest Wednesday at 11:10 p.m. at the police station.
