Nicholas A. Orwat, 22, 71 Garland St., Chicopee; driving while under the influence of alcohol, not guilty; marked lanes violation, responsible, $100 fine (Salisbury).
Andrew M. Krisko, 24, 135 Cutler Road, South Hamilton; operation of motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding and placed on pretrial probation for three months, $50 VFW; speeding violation, responsible, $100 fine (Newbury).
