NEWBURYPORT
The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:
Julian C. Sosa, 21, 22 Johnson St., Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 1:11 a.m. and charged with assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250. Officers Dani Michalek, Steve Chaisson and William Steeves made the arrest on Middle Street.
Amy Chin, 68, 20 Raymond Court, Georgetown, was arrested Friday at 11:29 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Officer Nora Duggan made the arrest on Storey Avenue.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the state police logs of the Newbury barracks:
Michael B. Molloy, 37, 10 Garfield Ave., Woburn, was issued a summons Friday at 2:50 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class A substance, leaving the scene of an accident and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Haverhill.
Sherrill T. Fowler, 47, 82A Main St., Plaistow, N.H., was issued a summons in Haverhill Friday at 2:50 p.m. and charged with driving without insurance. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Haverhill.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Patricia S. Aguirre, 38, 112 Friend St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Thursday at 9:19 a.m. and charged with miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer David Clark made the arrest on Main Street.
Carrie P. Campbell, 39, 9 Tallawood Lane, Amesbury, was arrested Thursday at 11:32 p.m. and was charged with a marked lanes violation and driving under the influence of alcohol. Officers David Noyes and Steven Reed made the arrest.
Rita Mihalek, 57, 21 Charter St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 11:58 a.m. and charged with driving without a license. Officer Craig Bailey issued the summons at Main Street and Evan Place.
ROWLEY
The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:
Peter B. Julian, 27, 5 Farrell St., Newburyport; was issued a summons on Thursday at 11:32 a.m. and charged with driving with suspended registration. The summons was issued on the Newburyport Turnpike.
