NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Oct. 29, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Samantha Rojas, 18, 8 Carriage Hill Road, Apt. 3, Amesbury; malicious destruction of property worth less than $250, continued without finding and probation for one month conditioned upon staying away from the victims and paying $250 in restitution, $50 Victim\Witness Fund assessment (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Oct. 30, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Michael J. Donovan, 27, 18 Bayberry Lane, Salisbury; leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, probation for one year conditioned upon completion of State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains at Risk programs; license not in possession, responsible, filed; speeding, responsible, filed (Sate Police).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Nov. 3, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Cynthia A. Smith, 48, 133 South Broadway, No. 204, Lawrence; stalking, defendant placed on pretrial probation for one year conditioned upon staying away from the victims, submitting a written apology and undergoing a substance abuse evaluation (Lawrence).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Nov. 4, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Robert Amato, 25, 21 Parish Road, Georgetown; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), not guilty; fail to stop for police, not guilty; speeding, responsible, $190 assessment (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Nov. 4, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Sandra Sharpe, 43, 12 Brookfield Court, Lawrence; trespass, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for one year conditioned upon staying away from Anna Jaques Hospital except for medical purposes (Newburyport).

Mary F. Babolian, 47, 28 Shepherd St., Apt. 2, Haverhill; unlicensed driving, dismissed with court costs of $50 and $50 VWF; vehicle lights violation, not responsible (West Newbury).

Jesseka Barbosa, 26, 6 Dustin St., Peabody; driving after license suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, $100 assessment (West Newbury).

Lacey Brown, 29, 37 Holborn St., Dorchester; unlicensed driving, defendant placed on pretrial probation for six months, $50 VWF; fail to stop for police, defendant placed on pretrial probation for six months; vehicle lights violation, not responsible; driving an uninsured vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation for six months (West Newbury).

Eric M. Gonthier, 21, 85 Hilldale Ave., South Hampton; reckless driving, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains At Risk programs, $50 VWF; fail to wear seat belt, responsible, filed; fail to stop for police, continued without finding and probation for one year; marked lanes violation, not responsible; fail to stop/yield, not responsible; speeding, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

John E. Ortz, 21, 40 Montgomery St., Lawrence; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon completion of State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains At Risk programs, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; no inspection sticker, not responsible; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, $390 assessment (State Police).

Sandra Boisvert, 65, 1 Cass St., Exeter, N.H.; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon no further abuse of victim and anger management and substance abuse counseling, $50 VWF; domestic assault and battery, defendant placed on pretrial probation for one year (Amesbury).
