NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Evan Kinlock, 20, 27 Central St., Byfield, was arrested Thursday at 4:16 p.m. on a warrant. Patrolman Joseph Anderson made the arrest at the Newbury police station on High Road.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Melissa Juchniewicz, 53, 715 Raymond Road, Chester, N.H., was arrested Thursday at 6:13 p.m. and charged with leaving the scene of property damage and driving to endanger. Officers Raymond Landry, Carl Lesage, Thomas Nichols and Sgt. Jeffrey Worthen made the arrest on Lions Mouth Road.

John D. Diantonio, 58, 4 Lonvale Lane, Apt. 77, Amesbury, was arrested Thursday at 6:48 p.m. on charges of larceny from a person. Officer Nichols made the arrest at the Amesbury police station on School Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the log of the Merrimac police:

David R. Marhefka, 46, 2 River Road, Merrimac, was arrested Friday at 1 a.m. and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, domestic assault and battery, assault and battery, vandalism, and accosting and annoying a person of the opposite sex. Officer Charles Sciacca made the arrest on River Road, assisted by the Amesbury, Haverhill and West Newbury police departments.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Israel Santiago, 27, 21 Bridge Road, Salisbury, was arrested Thursday at 7:26 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Eugene Scione and Steven Sforza made the arrest on Bridge Road.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Joshua D. Cramoy, 25, 109 Princeton St., Boston, was issued a summons Friday, no time listed, on charges of driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Officer Smolinsky issued the summons in Boxford.

Frank S. Sambolin, 41, 34 Laurier St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 2:40 a.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), defective vehicle equipment, and failure to wear a seatbelt. Officer Topping issued the summons in Haverhill.

Stacy Whalen, 38, 61 Mystic St., Apt. 1, Methuen, was issued a summons Friday at 5 a.m. on charges of driving without a license and driving with a revoked registration. Officer Foley issued the summons in Haverhill.
