NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Justin E. Yuchasz, 26, 17 Bancroft Road, Newton, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 11:36 a.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Officer Charles Vorderis issued the summons during a motor vehicle stop at High and State streets.

Victoria Gillispie, 23, 47 Western Ave., Lynn, was issued a summons Sunday at 11:21 a.m. on charges of driving with a suspended registration, driving without insurance, license not in possession and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of name/address change. Officer Vorderis issued the summons during a motor vehicle stop on Storey Avenue.

Alexander D. Scott, 21, 420 Merrimac St., Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 3:14 p.m. on three warrants for failure to pay fines, disorderly assault and battery default, and driving after suspension. Officers Vorderis and Charles Eaton issued the warrant on Merrimac Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log at the Newbury barracks:

Robert MacKey, 22, 7 School House Road, Sandown, N.H., was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, going wrong way on state highway and negligent driving. Trooper Pierce made the arrest in Haverhill.

Michael L. Soucy, no address or date of birth given, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:11 p.m. on a charge of having a revoked registration. Trooper Atkinson issued the summons in Haverhill.

Ryan J. Guite, 33, 202 Charles St., Waltham, was issued a summons Sunday on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Rowley.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Jeremy J. Mason, 27, 239 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 11:31 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and a lights violation. Officer James Leavitt made the arrest during a motor vehicle stop on Beach Road.

Christopher Parady, 31, 23 Planters St., Salem, was arrested Saturday at 8:05 p.m. on four warrants. Officers Craig LeSage, James Pollard and Bruce Dow made the arrest on Bridge Road.

Luis F. Cruz, 34, 148 Beach Road, 2, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:08 p.m. on charges of driving without insurance, revoked registration and driving with no inspection sticker. Officer Timothy Hunter issued the summons during a motor vehicle stop on Beach Road.

Johana Donovan, 22 Atlantic Ave., 1, Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 11:54 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, two counts of larceny under $250, two counts of receiving stolen property under $250 and disorderly conduct. Officers Daniel McNeil, Timothy Hunter, James Leavitt and James Pollard made the arrest on Oceanfront North.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Christian F. Cavicchio, 28, 8 Childs Ave., Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 11:14 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Ray Landry made the arrest on Childs Avenue.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday at 5:32 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Steven Reed, David Noyes and Carl LeSage made the arrest on Martin Road North.

Joseph A. Martino Jr., 64, 5 Green St., Apt. 2, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 5:34 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Kevin Ward, David Noyes and Sgt. Kevin Donovan made the arrest on Green Street.
