POLICE LOGS

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Eric Fay, 32, 186 Merrimac St., Newburyport, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The arrest was made at the Grog restaurant on Middle Street by officers Shawn Eaton, Ronald Senter, Christopher McDonald and Daniel McCarthy.

David Bingham, 33, 11 Quail Run Hollow, Newburyport, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. Thursday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to stay within marked lanes and not having a license in his possession. The arrest was made after a car crash by officer William Steeves and Sgt. Alan Maguire.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Joseph S. Johnson, 22, 13 Chandler St., Plaistow, N.H., was issued a summons at 1:41 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving with a suspended license. The summons was issued at Alliance Park by officer David Noyes.

Ashley Boulanger, 20, 47 Friend St., Apt. 1, Amesbury, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. Thursday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, giving a false name to police and failure to stay within marked lanes. The arrest was made on Main Street by Sgt. Kevin Donovan and officers Michael Purvis and Kevin Mulrenin.

Benjamin M. Bunnell, 25, Route 108, Newton, N.H., was arrested at 11:47 a.m. yesterday on a warrant. The arrest was made on Lake Street by officer Kevin Ward. The log did not specify what the warrant was for.

Mark G. Colson, 26, 20 Prospect St., Apt. a-6, Amesbury, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. yesterday and charged with larceny of property valued at more than $250 and larceny from a building. The arrest was made on Prospect Street by officer Kevin Ward and Detective Sean Leary.

Noah Cherella, 24, 32 Sparhawk St., Amesbury, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. yesterday and charged with shoplifting. The arrest was made at Vermette's Market on Pond Street by officer Thomas Hanshaw and Detective Sean Leary.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Brandyn Hall, 24, 65 Elm St., Salisbury, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. Thursday and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon (brass knuckles), two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (brass knuckles and a knife), and two counts of threatening to commit a crime. The arrest was made at the Gulf Express, 5 Bridge Road, by officers James Leavitt, Robert Ferullo and Robert Roy.

Deborah L. Hamworth, 54, 194 Elm St., Apt. 3, Salisbury, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. Thursday and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order. The arrest was made at 194 Elm St. by officers Craig Lesage and Bruce Dow.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Emerson Batista, 35, 5 Jasper St., Saugus, was issued a summons Wednesday at 6:03 a.m. on a charge of driving without a license. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

Sarah Krisko, 22, 45 South St., Byfield was issued a summons at 5:57 p.m. Wednesday on charges of driving a vehicle with a revoked registration, driving an uninsured vehicle and not having an inspection sticker. Officers Coker and Eric Forni issued the summons on Bachelor Street.

Stephen Tammaro, 24, 5B Eagle St., Newburyport, was issued a summons at 1:29 a.m. Thursday on charges of driving an uninsured vehicle, driving a vehicle with a revoked registration and possession of dangerous weapon. Officer Gregory Whitney issued the summons on Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log at the state police Newbury barracks:

David Woiceshook, 25, 404 Groveland St., Haverhill was issued a summons at midnight Wednesday on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failure to stay within marked lanes. Trooper Shane Pierce issued the summons in Haverhill.

Shaun Hayes, 40, 9 Champion St., Merrimac, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to stay within marked lanes. The arrest was made in Haverhill by Trooper Shane Pierce.

Tyler Seifert, 22, 22 Lamoille Ave., Haverhill was charged on Thursday with driving after license suspension, illegally attaching plates, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving an unregistered vehicle. The charges were issued in Bradford by Trooper Dana Atkinson. The log did not indicate whether the action was an arrest or a summons, and did not specify a time of day.

No injuries were reported in a two-car accident that occurred at 5:50 a.m. yesterday on Route 95 northbound in Georgetown. Drivers were identified as Rebecca D. Galvin, 102 High St., Amesbury, and Neri M. Flores, 1181รขÑ2 Beacon St., Chelsea. Trooper Heather Smolinsky responded.
