NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Anthony R. Smith, 28, 131 Elm St., Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 1:06 a.m. and charged with two counts of breaking and entering in the night for felony and two counts of possession of class E drugs. Officer William Steeves made the arrest on Water Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Victor Dejesus, 20, 27 Victor St., Haverhill, was issued a summons yesterday at 12:44 a.m. on charges of driving after license suspension. Officers Robert Chatigny and David Clark issued the summons on Haverhill Road.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Rowley police:

Daniel R. Cavallaro, 20, 5 Forest Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 6:17 p.m. on Main Street on charges of driving with a suspended registration and having a loud exhaust system.

James Basil Dixon, 19, 7 Winsor Lane, Topsfield, was issued a summons Thursday at 1:35 a.m. on the Newburyport Turnpike on a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

John A. Sheppard, 47, 444 Newburyport Turnpike, Rowley, was issued a summons Sunday at 9:11 a.m. on the Newburyport Turnpike on a charge of driving after license suspension.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the log of the Groveland police:

Donald A. Seral, 67, 1 Cranton Ave., Groveland, was arrested Friday at 3 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to stay in marked lanes and negligent driving. Officers Edwin Fournier and Daniel Ramirez made the arrest on Star Road.

Renne E. Dumas, 37, 5 Manor Drive, Groveland, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:45 p.m. on a charge of driving without being licensed. Officer Fournier issued the summons on Salem Street.

Stephanie M. Gragg, 31, 20 Pleasant St., Groveland, was issued a summons yesterday at 1 p.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Officer Kevin Woodman issued the summons on Pleasant Street.
