Edwin J. Glover, 28, 12 Chatham St., Lynn; juror failed to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

Wayne W. Growitz, 65, 35 Purchase St., Newburyport; driving an uninsured vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months, $50 VWF; number plate violation, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for four months; driving an unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed (Newbury).
Eric Foy, 32, 186 Merrimac St., Newburyport; disorderly conduct, guilty, $150 fine; resisting arrest, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Jackson, 20, 4169 Washington St., Keene, N.H.; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for 18 months, $100 court costs and $50 VWF; driving an uninsured vehicle, continued without finding and probation for 18 months. Sentences to be served concurrently (West Newbury).
