Jeremy V. Boyd, 24, 3 Weare Road, Hampton Falls, N.H.; driving without a valid license, guilty, $124 fine (Seabrook).
James M. Thorn, 31, 23 Beach Road, Salisbury; driving without a valid license, guilty, $124 fine (Seabrook).
Jessica M. Mason, 21, 9 Kel Lori Drive, Salisbury; reckless operation, guilty, 60-day loss of license, $870 fine with $250 suspended conditioned upon one year's good behavior that includes having no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook).
Bryan M. Drew, 36, 56 Railroad Ave., Seabrook; theft by unauthorized taking, probable cause hearing waived by defendant and the case transferred to Rockingham Superior Court for grand jury attention (Seabrook).
Theodore N. Gakidis, 40, 83 Willard Ave., Portsmouth, N.H.; driving while intoxicated, guilty, 11-month loss of license and $620 fine, with a recommendation to complete an impaired drivers intervention program; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, nol prossed (discontinued) (Seabrook).
NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were heard in Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Dec. 1. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:
Karen J. Robinson, 45, 1 Blacksnake Road, Salisbury; fugitive from justice on court warrant, dismissed (Salisbury).
Shane R. Gibson, 23, 16 Jersey Lane, Manchester; breaking and entering nighttime felony, placed on pretrial probation and generally continued for 18 months to June 1, 2011, restitution $1,897.12, $90 Victim/Witness Assistance Fund; assault and battery, continued without finding for one year and six months, ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the victim; assault and battery, continued without finding for one year and six months (Newbury).
James F. Gavin, 52, 152 Hale St., Newburyport; violation of abuse prevention order, continued without finding for one year, $90 VWF, $25 other (Newburyport).
Anthony G. Dichiara, 42, 37 Western Ave., Saugus; juror failed to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).
Carine Emmanuel, 22, 87 White St. 2F, Haverhill; juror failed to attend, dismissed (Office of the Jury Commissioner).
