NEWBURYPORT
The following items were recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:
John L. Palomo, 41, 165 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:19 p.m. on charges of driving after license suspension, failure to have an inspection sticker and lights violation. Officers Joshua Tierney and Michael Wilichoski issued the summons on Spoffard and Merrimac streets.
Kristopher H. Looyengood, 17, 28 Shortell Ave., Beverly, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:45 p.m. on charges of violating a restraining order. Officer Richard Rocco was issued a summons on Low Street.
James L. Sicard, 43, 1303 Gavilan Circle, Ruidoso, Maine, was arrested Sunday at 8:47 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Edward Rice, Ronald Senter and Sgt. Thomas Cappelluzzo made the arrest on Storey Avenue.
NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:
Michelle C. Pelletier, 27, 435 North St., Georgetown, was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension on Sunday, Dec. 6, at 2:43 a.m. Sgt. Jay Routhier made the arrest on Middle Road.
AMESBURY
The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:
Amee L. Webster, 38, 11 Oak St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 8:48 p.m. on charges of driving after license suspension. Officers Ray Landry and Carl Lesage issued the summons on Macy Street.
Crystal A. Gouthier, 39, 40 South Central St., Bradford, was issued summonses for allowing an unregistered vehicle to be driven by another and driving an uninsured vehicle on Friday, Dec. 4, at 7:16 p.m. Officers Raymond Landry and Carl LeSage made the arrest on Market Street.
ROWLEY
The following items were recorded in the log of the Rowley police:
Ryan J. Flynn, 26, 7 Junction Lane, Hamilton, was issued a summons Friday at 7:38 a.m. on Haverhill Street, on charges of driving with a suspended registration and driving uninsured.
Mark C. Swencki, 43, 8 Douglas Ave., Beverly, was issued a summons Friday at 10:57 a.m. on Daniels Road, on charges of driving without a license.
Daniel W. McHugh, 63, 45 Patmos Road, Rowley, was arrested Friday at 1:05 p.m. on Patmos Road and charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
Kevin P. Riley, 45, 10 Madison St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:58 p.m. on Main and Pleasant streets, on charges of driving without a license and failure to yield at an intersection.
Matthew Bradley, 27, 743 Congress St., Portland, Maine, and Carrie E. Schlosser, 27, 20 Brookside Drive, Standish, Maine, were issued summonses Sunday at 3:28 a.m. on Main Street, both on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:
Josph R. Connor, 37, 12 Elephant Rock Road, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 5:41 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
Jeffrey JH Sadowski, 38, 20 Cable Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 10:06 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on a household member. Officers Robert Roy and Steven Sforza made the arrest on Railroad Avenue.
Rose M. Mendez, 45, 55 Warren St., Lynn, was arrested yesterday at 8:59 a.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery to collect a loan and threat to commit a crime. Officers Anthony King and Mike Alder made the arrest on Rabbit Road.
Kevin J. Gitschier, 20, 19 South Kimball St., No. 1, Bradford, was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension — subsequent offense, four counts of seat belt violation and one count of vehicle light violation. Officer James Leavitt made the arrest on Beach Road on Friday, Nov. 27, at 10:18 p.m.
Jesse B. Mench-Thurlow, 20, P.O. Box 5376, Salisbury, was issued summonses for illegally attaching a plate to a vehicle and driving an unregistered vehicle on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 4:19 p.m. Officer Timothy Hunter issued the summonses at 223 Beach Road.

GROVELAND
The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:
Kristina T. Kolodziejczak, 20, 1 Water St., Haverhill, was issued summonses for driving after license suspension and marked lane violation on Saturday, Dec. 5, at 10:30 a.m. Officers Kevin Woodman and Lisa Touchette issued the summonses on School Street.

AMESBURY — A 24-year-old Amesbury man is being held without bail after pleading not guilty to weapons possession charges today after police discovered a stolen pistol, ammunition for a second pistol and a makeshift bulletproof vest in his downtown apartment.
