NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Candace L. Belmer, 40, 5 Sylvester St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Monday at 4:13 p.m. on charges of driving after license suspension. Officers Michael McGinnis, Chris McDonald and Sgt. Alan Maguire issued the summons on High Street.

Robert Burrell, 26, 200 High St., Newburyport, was arrested Tuesday at 1:52 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Robert Vatcher made the arrest on High Street.

Joseph L. Silva, 53, 13 Sullivan Drive, Newburyport, was arrested Wednesday at 1:16 p.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Officers Charles Voderis, Shawn Eaton and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson made the arrest on Sullivan Drive.

Jeffrey A. Thistlewood, 45, 32 Seabrook Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 4:58 p.m. on charges of driving uninsured and failure to yield at an intersection. Officer Mike Wilichoski issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

A juvenile was issued a summons last Thursday at 9 a.m. on charges of assault and battery. Officer Mark Smigielski issued the summons on Elm Street.

Christopher Berger Carlson, 17, 460 Main St., Rowley, was issued a summons last Thursday at 9 a.m. on charges of assault and battery. Officer Smigielski issued the summons on Elm Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

David Roy, 32, 47 Opal Ave., Portsmouth, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 1:05 a.m. on charges of driving after license suspension and speeding. Trooper Michael Topping issued the summons in Georgetown.

Luis Cedano, 43, 237 Erving Ave., Lawrence, was issued a summons Monday at 1:20 a.m. on charges of driving without a license and marked lanes violation. Trooper Pierce issued the summons in Merrimac.

Ryan Bonnick, 34, 60 Otis St., Cambridge, was issued a summons Monday at 4 a.m. on charges of driving after license suspension, speeding and driving an unregistered vehicle. Trooper Topping issued the summons in Boxford.

Benjamin M. Huss, 29, 12 Angie Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Wednesday at 12:33 a.m. on charges of driving after license suspension. Trooper Heather Smolinsky issued the summons in Haverhill.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Thirteen juveniles ranging in age from 14 to 16 years old were taken into protective custody after Seabrook police responded to a report of a large fight at the South Main Street ball park on Monday, Nov. 30, about 4 p.m. According to Officer John Mounsey, the juveniles were from both Hampton and Seabrook and either engaged in fighting or egging on those fighting. Hampton Police Department responded with mutual aid. The youth were brought back to Seabrook police station and released into the custody of their parents.

Jessica Evelyn Heath, 19, 21 Folly Mill Terrace, B2A2, Seabrook, was arrested and charged with shoplifting on Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 1:41 p.m. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest at the Seabrook police station.

Jeremy Pedelose, 21, 103 Portsmouth Ave., Greenland, N.H., was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs on Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 12:45 a.m. Officer Jeremy Tetreault made the arrest on Walton Road.

Jeremy Pedelose, 21, 103 Portsmouth Ave., Greenland, N.H., was arrested on a warrant issued by the Hampton Police Department for witness tampering and intimidation. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at the Seabrook Police Station on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 4:15 p.m.

Ashley Krueger, 22, 286 South Main St., Seabrook, as arrested on multiple outstanding warrants on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 3:35 p.m. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest on Railroad Avenue.

Andrea M. Ditty, 28, 164 Whitehall Road, No. B3-10, Amesbury, and Kelly A. Taylor, 24, 164 Whitehall Road, No. 2, Amesbury, were both arrested and charged with shoplifting on Friday, Dec. 4, at 2 p.m. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at Wal-Mart.

Taylor Stewart Purcell, 17, 2 Elizabeth Lane, Newburyport, was arrested and charged with shoplifting on Friday, Dec. 4, at 4:10 p.m. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest at the Seabrook Police Station.

William Selig, 31, 32 Pike St., Salisbury, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Saturday, Dec. 5, at 1:44 a.m.. Officer Justin Murphy made the arrest.

Toni Merrill, 37, 67 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with shoplifting on Saturday, Dec. 5, 9:58 a.m. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at TJ Maxx.

Christina M. Muder, 32, 77 Sixth St., Dover, N.H., and Faye S. Bailey, 42, 120 Lafayette Road, Rye, N.H., were arrested Tuesday at 9:17 a.m. Muder was charged with two counts of shoplifting, drug possession and driving without a license. Bailey was charged with two counts of shoplifting. Sgt. John Wasson made the arrests on Liberty Lane.

Susan J. Sylvester, 51, 11 Janvrin Drive, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 2:02 p.m. and charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution. Officer James Cawley made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Patrick Nolan, 18, 144 Ocean Boulevard, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 11:01 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers David Hersey, Keith Dietenhofer and Ryan Hollingsworth made the arrest on Washington Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Robert Cole, 41, 2 CCC Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 5:51 p.m. on charges of assault and battery and wanton destruction of property under $250. Officers Bruce Dow, Craig Lesage and Robert Roy issued the summons on CCC Road.

Kerri Baker, 36, 78 Brown Ave., Amesbury, was issued a summons Monday at 5:54 p.m. on charges of driving uninsured and not having an inspection sticker. Officer Lesage issued the summons on Elm Street.

Gregory Dawson, 23, 249 Northend Blvd., Salisbury, was issued a summons Tuesday shortly after midnight on charges of assault and battery on a disabled person (punch in the face), assault and battery on a disabled person (shod foot), assault and battery on a disabled person (threw across room), assault and battery on a disabled person (strangulation), assault and battery on a disabled person (dragged across pavement), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (baseball bat) on a disabled person. This incident remains under investigation of James Leavitt and the Salisbury police.

Travis Rose Sawyerneenan, 20, 29 Forest Court, Seabrook, and Jessica Rose MacDonald, 18, 41 Harrison Ave., Saugus, were arrested and issued a summons Tuesday at 11:35 p.m. Sawyerneenan was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension and red light violation. MacDonald was issued a summons on charges of allowing improper operation of a vehicle. Officers James Leavitt, Daniel McNiel and Tim Hunter made the arrest and issued the summons on Merrill Street.

Matthew P. Weldon, 31, 451 Revere Beach Road, Revere, was issued a summons Wednesday at 12:04 a.m. on charges of driving after license suspension and marked lanes violation. Officers Leavitt, Hunter and McNiel issued the summons on Elm Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the log of the Groveland police:

Michael L. Napolitano, 55, 8 Main St., Groveland, was issued a summons Wednesday on charges of driving reckless to endanger, impeded operation, speeding, marked lanes violation and malicious destruction of property over $250. Officer James Morton issued the summons Wednesday after investigating a Dec. 3rd accident on Seven Star Road.

Jennifer I. Ventura, 22, 161 Bowdoin St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Wednesday on charges of larceny of property over $250. Officer Morton issued the summons from Groveland police station.
