Cynthia L. Kyle D. Trafford, 20, 6 High St., Rear, Salisbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness, half-day Brains at Risk, and State Courts Against Road Rage programs, 210-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; possession of liquor by an individual under the age of 21, continued without finding, $50 court costs (Salisbury).
