Peter Bontos Jr., 52, 10212 Bay Drive, Danvers, was issued a summons yesterday at 1:50 p.m. Officers Shawn Eaton and Robert Vatcher issued the summons on State Street.
NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police.
John M. Floyd, 45, 26 Parish Road, Georgetown, was arrested Sunday at 8:17 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and negligent driving. Officers Joseph Anderson and Stephen May made the arrest on Elm Street.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks.
Peter Gee, 57, 129 Beacon St., Boston, was arrested Friday at 8:30 p.m. and charged with possession of class B drugs, failure to stop for police and marked lanes violation. Trooper Daniel Ciardiello made the arrest in Merrimac.
Anthony Bertoldo, 24, 279 Highland Ave., Attleboro, was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes violation. Trooper Pierce made the arrest in Merrimac.
Amanda Donobiala, 29, 12 Bartlett St., Newton, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:05 a.m. on charges of driving without a license and having no license in possession. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Newbury.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police.
Julie Greenwell Phipps, 32, 10 Squire Way, East Kingston, was issued a summons Sunday at 3:43 p.m. on charges of speeding in a special regulation zone and driving without a license. Officers Thomas Hanshaw and David Noyes issued the summons on Kimball Road.
Paul A. Bairassa, 43, 45 Folly Mill Road, Beverly, was issued a summons Sunday at 4:35 p.m. on charges of violating a state highway marker, signal or sign and driving without a license. Officer Noyes issued the summons on Macy Street.
Richard A. Smith, 32, 36 North Hunt Road, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 4:45 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and equipment violation. Officer Thomas Nichols and Ray Landry made the arrest on Whitehall Road.
Chris Nikas, 17, 13 Linwood Place, Amesbury, was arrested yesterday at 3:32 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Robert Chatigny made the arrest on Main Street.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police.
Ronald John Tober, 45, 2953 Calle Del Valley St., Las Vegas, Nev., was arrested Saturday at 6:36 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes violation and lights violation. Officer Steven Sforza made the arrest on Beach Road.
Vanessa R. Wilson, 25, 34 Haverhill St., Methuen, was arrested Sunday at 12:34 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes violation and speeding. Officer Bruce Dow made the arrest on Ferry Road.
ROWLEY
The following items were recorded in the log of the Rowley Police:
Ponloeur Leung, 19, 37 Hood St., Lynn, was issued a summons Friday at 10 a.m. on charges of driving after license suspension on Haverhill Street and Dodge Road.
Matthew Phillip Ribeiro, 26, 104 Forge Road, Westport, was issued a summons Friday at 2:44 p.m. on charges of driving without a license on Haverhill Street.
Justin Timothy McCarthy, 17, 6 Emery Lane, Ipswich, was arrested Friday at 11:50 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to dim high beams and marked lanes violation on the Newburyport Turnpike.
George Joseph Monceau, 50, 134 Central St., Rowley, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:54 a.m. on charges of driving with a revoked license and speeding on the Newburyport Turnpike and Central Street.
