Stocker, 28, 7 Laura Lane, Seabrook; theft by unauthorized taking, guilty, 365 days in the house of correction with 326 days suspended pending two years' good behavior, which includes no further felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations, and payment of $800 in restitution via the office of probation (Hampton Falls).
Daniel V.
