Robert M. Linnane, 55, 240 Winn St., Burlington, was arrested and charged with driving after license revocation for driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), driving after license suspension (sixth offense), driving after registration revocation, uninsured vehicle, possession of class B drugs (crack cocaine) and two outstanding warrants. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest yesterday at 2:08 a.m. on Beach Road.
SEABROOK
The following items were listed in the Seabrook police log:
Charles A. Rosa, 51, 303 Portsmouth Ave., Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant charging him with theft by unauthorized taking and disorderly conduct. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest at the Seabrook police station Thursday at 11:41 a.m.
Brian Pellitier, 20, 27A Worthley Ave, Seabrook, was arrested on a warrant charging him with harassment and simple assault. Officer Smart made the arrest at the police station Thursday at noon.
Joseph J. Bocchino, 20, 20 Pine Cone St., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with driving after registration suspension, two counts of receiving stolen property and four counts of simple assault. Sergeants Robert Granlund and Jason Allen, detective Brett Walker and officer Justin Murphy made the arrest on Forest Court Thursday at 2:39 p.m.
Guy Evans Sturgis, 26, 75 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Officer Michael Cawley and Sgt. Allen made the arrest on Washington Street Thursday at 3:56 p.m.
WEST NEWBURY
The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:
Cadelario Guzman Deleon, 28, 355 Summer St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed driving, failure to drive in the right lane, and defective equipment. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest on Ash Street Thursday at 12:12 p.m.
William Guzman, 28, 355 Summer St., No. 3, Lynn, was arrested and charged with allowing an unlicensed operation. Officer Coker made the arrest on Ash Street Thursday at 12:12 p.m.
GROVELAND
The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:
Michael Phillip Wilson, 19, 5 Gardner St., Groveland, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a household member. Officer Neil Moody made the arrest Thursday at 5:42 p.m.
NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:
Paul G. Bateman, 50, of 40 Mayflower Road, Wenham, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol (third offense) and marked lanes violation. Officers John Lucey Jr. and Stephen Jenkins made the arrest following an auto accident at the intersection of Central Street and the I-95 ramp at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday.
STATE POLICE

James Roland Henschke, 23, of 4 Sparhawk St., Brighton, was issued a summons for possession of a class E substance and speeding. Trooper Topping issued the summons on I-95 in Boxford at 5:30 a.m. Thursday.
Daniel Butler, 32, of 3 Sunrise Dr., Pelham, N.H., was issued a summons for operating after suspension. It was issued by Trooper Provost on I-95 South in Newburyport at 7:20 a.m. on Thursday.
Damon L. Austin, 29, 151 River St., Mattapan, was arrested for unlicensed operation and two outstanding warrants. The arrest was made on I-495 South in Merrimac at 2:31 p.m. on Thursday.
