Shawn Fitzgerald, 46, 95 Middle St., West Newbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), resisting arrest, guilty, fine $600, surfine $150, Head Injury Fund $250, OUI $250, Victim-Witness Fund $50, OUI-V $50, probation for two years, enrollment in alcohol safety program, 90 days loss of license (West Newbury).

Donald Lind Jr., 34, 24 High St., Salisbury; wanton destruction of property, guilty, fine $1,500, surfine $375; larceny over $250, fine $500, surfine $125, VWF $90 (Salisbury).

Pedro Mateucci, 24, 444 Newburyport Turnpike, Rowley; unauthorized use of vehicle, VWF $50 (Rowley).

Jennifer Metrano, 33, 10 State St., Newburyport; operating uninsured motor vehicle, speeding, pretrial probation for three months, VWF $50 (Newburyport).

Richard Gariepy, 52, 15 Maple St., Merrimac; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, fine $600, surfine $150, OUI $250, HIF $250, OUI-V $50, two years probation, assignment to alcohol safety program, 90-day loss of license (Merrimac).

Amanda Riddle, 35, 12 Woodman Way, Newburyport; assault and battery with dangerous weapon, dismissed (Newburyport).

Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Daniel McHugh Jr., 67, 653 Main St., Rowley; carrying firearm without license, dismissed; improper storage of firearm, $50 (Rowley).

Marie Wolk, 26, 65 Temple St., Newburyport, also 6 Carriage Hill, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), 30 days committed, time deemed served, loss of licence for two years, VWF $50; assault and battery, continued without finding for six months, VWF $90 (Amesbury).

Judge Mary McCabe presided over the following jury-waived trial:

Neil Ripley, 18, 2 Farley Ave., Rowley; wanton destruction of property, guilty, VWF $50, probation until Sept. 9, must submit to 20 counseling sessions (Rowley).
