The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

James Matthew Fidler, 44, 52 Fair St., Apt. 2B, Newburyport, was arrested Friday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding in violation of special regulations. Officers Kevin Martin, John Gavin and Michael Wilichoski made the arrest on High Street.

Jeffrey Paul Furman, 54, 3 Burton Road, Ipswich, was arrested Friday at 9:43 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property and assault with a dangerous weapon. Officers John Gavin, Eric Marshal and Sgt. Howard Adams made the arrest on Woodman Way.

Yancey Devoy, 36, 33 Inn St., No. 3, Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 12:52 a.m. and charged with assault and battery. Sgt. Charles Eaton and officer Charles Ferlauto made the arrest on Inn Street.

Craig Harriman, 60, 313 High St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 6:54 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Eric Andrukaitis made the arrest on High Street.

Haley A. Spause, 20, 45 Spencer Knowles Road, Rowley, was issued a summons Saturday on charges of uttering a false check (four counts), forgery of a check (four counts) and larceny over $250. Officer Gavin issued the summons following an incident at Beautique, Pleasant Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

William Leonard Whitmore, 28, 82 Congress St., Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 4:19 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Larry Bybee, Kevin Ward and Thomas Hanshaw made the arrest on Congress Street.

Elizabeth Iacopino, 34, 13 Powderhouse Court, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 10:34 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, improper turn, marked lanes and speeding in violation of special regulations. Officer Thomas Nichols and Sgts. Bailey, Purvis and Chaput made the arrest on Whitehall Road.

Stephen E. Gonzalo Jr., 48, 359 Ocean Blvd., No. 8, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 2:34 a.m. and charged with eight previous warrants. Officers Matthew Cunningham and Denis Champange Jr. made the arrest on Main Street.

Donna E. Kelly, 52, 11 Brown Ave., Apt. A2B, Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:43 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Nichols issued the summons on Congress Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

David C. Blackburn, 58, 64 Ferry Road, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 7:35 p.m. and charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Officer Richard Dellaria and Sgt. Eugene Scione made the arrest on Ferry Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Frank R. Souther, 29, 21 Folly Mill Terrace, Apt. 6A, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 2:01 p.m. and charged with criminal trespassing. Officers Jason Boucherouche and Patrick Smart made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Kathryn Barbara McKinlay, 35, 35 Reflection Drive, Sandwich, was arrested Saturday at 10:35 p.m. and charged with disobeying an officer, a bench warrant and driving after revocation or suspension. Officer Daniel Henderson made the arrest on Route 1.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Carlos F. Cabrera, 25, 7 Bunker Hill St., Lawrence, was arrested Tuesday at 1:30 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Michael Traister made the arrest.

Christopher Edward Dow, 22, 40 Tenney St., Georgetown, was issued a summons Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension. Officer Eric Gorski issued the summons on School Street.

Mark J. Cracy, 47, 48 South Elm St., Apt. 1/2, Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 9:40 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension. Officer Gorski issued the summons on Salem Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Danielle Mayer, 29, 30 Grove St., Gloucester, was arrested Wednesday at 1:36 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Richard Parenteau and Henry Olshefsky made the arrest on Main Street.

Telyssa Nunez, 32, 29 Carleton Ave., No. 1, Bradford, was issued a summons Wednesday at 5:21 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. At the same time, Joel Nunez, 37, same address, was arrested and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Barry Coker and Sgt. Dan Cena made the arrest on Main Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Jared Donophan, 31, 29 Range Road, Brunswick, Maine, was arrested Saturday at 6:26 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Steven Ringuette made the arrest on Broad Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury police log:

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Thursday at 1:33 a.m. and charged with possession of a class B substance. Trooper Schumaker made the arrest in Haverhill.

Wilfredo Rivera, 26, 31 Baldwin St., North Andover, was issued a summons Friday at 10:20 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after revocation. Lt. Paul Zipper issued the summons in Haverhill.
