NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Thursday, Jan. 23, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

John A. Arsenian, 63, 1107 Main St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), six months in house of correction, sentence suspended two years while on probation, 14-day inpatient treatment, two-year loss of license, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 Victim-Witness Fund, restitution to be determined if any; threat to commit a crime, continued without finding for two years (Newburyport).

Vladislav Albrekht, 35, 114 Nahant St., No. 32, Lynn; shoplifting, guilty, $50 VWF, $20 assessment; shoplifting, dismissed (Amesbury).
