NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were heard in Newburyport District Court on Monday, June 14. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Kevin M. Condon, 43, 4 Collins St., 2, Newburyport; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, two months' pretrial probation, $50 to Victim-Witness Fund; motor vehicle lights violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

Barbara J. Hurld, 83, 13 Kimball Road, West Newbury; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, continued for one year, $50 to VWF; negligent driving, two years' administrative supervision, $250 to Head Injury Fund; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; failure to wear seat belt, not responsible (West Newbury).

Christopher Fox, 19, 177 Lancaster Farm Road, Salem, N.H.; possession of alcohol by person under age 21, four months' pretrial probation, $50 to VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Salisbury).

Samantha Phaneuf, 23, 12 Whitewood Circle, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued for one year, 45-day loss of license, alcohol safety awareness program, State Courts Against Road Rage program, Brains At Risk program, $250 to HIF, $100 restitution, $50 to VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

Petra Rydlova, 37, 51 Market St., 10, Amesbury; uninsured motor vehicle, three months' probation, $50 to VWF; unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible; no inspection sticker, not responsible (Newburyport).

Timothy J. Moynahan, 34, 31 Whittier St., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, one year's probation, alcohol safety awareness program, 90-day loss of license, remain drug and alcohol free, random screens, $250 to HIF, $50 to VWF; open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, responsible, filed (Haverhill).

Keith P. Comeau, 29, 23 Fountain St., 3, Haverhill; assault and battery with dangerous weapon, one year house of correction, committed, 114 days credit, $90 to VWF; domestic assault and battery, one year house of correction, committed, 114 days credit (Salisbury).

Carlos Ruiz, 46, 83 Spruce St., 3, Lawrence; uninsured motor vehicle, six months' pretrial probation, $50 VWF; driving with suspended license, six months' pretrial probation; driving with suspended registration, six months' pretrial probation (Newburyport).

Linda A. Blanchard, 45, 99 Cluff Crossing Road, B1, Salem, N.H.; driving without insurance, four months' pretrial probation, $50 to VWF; driving without registration, responsible, filed (State).

Pedro Jazmin-Heredia, 13 Beacon Hill, Lynn; driving with suspended license, pretrial probation, $50 to VWF: no inspection sticker, responsible, filed; nontransparent/obstructed window, responsible, filed (State).

Jane L. Hauser, 43, 14 Woodman Way, 22, Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, two years' probation, 45-day loss of license, alcohol safety awareness program, $250 to HIF, $50 to VWF: marked lanes violation, not responsible (Newburyport).

Jeffrey S. Collyer, 41, 18 Leslie Road, Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued for one year, 45-day loss of license, alcohol safety awareness program, $250 to HIF, $50 to VWF; failure to stop/yield, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Jason Arnold, 30, 124 Lower Collins St., Seabrook; driving without a license, guilty $100 fine, $50 to VWF (Newburyport).

Jason Holland, 35, 30 Warren Ave., Amesbury; assault and battery with dangerous weapon, continued for six months, $1,111 restitution, $50 to VWF (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, June 16, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Christine H. Ogilivie, 39, 21 Mudnock Road, Salisbury; disorderly conduct, guilty, $150 fine, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (VWF) assessment (Salisbury).

Heather L. Lemoine, 27, 19 Overlook Ridge, No. 309, Revere; driving after license suspension, placed on pretrial probation, continued generally for two months, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, $100 assessment (Newburyport).

Wesley M. Mansir, 20, 4 Quill Road, Newburyport; four counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, all counts were dismissed at the Commonwealth's request; four counts of larceny over $250, all counts were dismissed at the commonwealth's request; receiving stolen property worth more than $250, guilty, 18 months in the house of correction with 34 days to be served and the balance suspended with two years' probation conditioned upon completion of the Salvation Army's program with after-care, remain drug and alcohol free and payment of $20 restitution and $90 VWF; three counts of receiving stolen property worth more than $250, guilty on all counts, two years' probation for each count with the same probation conditions as previously stated (Newburyport).

John J. Clarke, 52, Skytop Road, Ipswich; possession of class E drugs, placed on pretrial probation, continued generally for six months, $50 VWF; license not in possession, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Neil Paster, 60, 11 Magnolia St., Newburyport; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation, case continued generally for six months, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, placed on pretrial probation, continued generally for six months; failing to stop/yield, responsible, $100 assessment (Newburyport).

Jeremy J. Spulick, 21, 547 White Mountain Highway, Milton, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon the completion of an alcohol safety awareness or equivalent New Hampshire program, 45-day loss of license, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, $50 VWF; $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment (Newburyport).

Jon S. Carlson, 41, 11 Pine St., No. 4, Newburyport; driving without a license, placed on pretrial probation, case continued generally for four months, $50 VWF; uninsured vehicle, placed on pretrial probation, case continued generally for four months; driving after registration suspension, placed on pretrial probation, case continued generally for four months (Newburyport).

David R. Woodman, 46, P.O. Box 6838, Hampton, N.H.; leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding and probation for one year, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

William F. Pearson, 38, 23 Central St., Byfield; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed; domestic assault and battery, dismissed (Newbury).

Albertino C. Bernardo, 35, 11 Doris St., Groveland; uninsured vehicle, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 VWF (Newbury).
