Police logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Curtis John Charboneau, 42, address unknown, was issued a summons Monday at 4:47 p.m. on a charge of threat to commit a crime. Officer Richard Rocco issued the summons on Low Street.

Paul Dascoli, 43, 18 Zabriskie Drive, Newburyport, was arrested Tuesday at 6:36 a.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Officers Eric Marshall, Dani Michalek and Sgt. Peter Finnegan made the arrest on Zabriskie Drive.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Marion Wilder, 21, 761/2 Friend St., No. 10, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 7:30 p.m. and charged with four counts of domestic assault and battery of a pregnant victim. Officer Raymond Landry made the arrest in Newburyport.

Derek J. Coughlin, 18, 207 Central St., Rowley, was arrested Monday at 11:32 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and fail to inspect motor vehicle. Officers Landry and Guilmette made the arrest on Macy Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Denise Clark, 55, 6 Holly Lane, Groveland, was issued a summons Monday at 7 p.m. on a charge of violating a protective order. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Holly Lane.

Steven T. Coco, 32, 26 Katelyn Way, Seabrook, was issued a summons Monday at 7:45 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and noncompliance. Detective Morton issued the summons on School Street.

Donna M. Pomphrett, 50, 22 Niagara St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 8:05 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and noncompliance. Detective Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Marsel Lipja, 27, Beach Hotel, No. 10, Seabrook, was issued a summons Monday at 7:05 p.m. on a charge of possession of burglarious tools. Trooper Grimes issued the summons in Merrimac.

CORRECTION:

Daniel McGovern of West Newbury was issued a summons Friday by West Newbury police officer Royster Johnston. Yesterday's police log incorrectly reported McGovern was arrested by West Newbury police that day.
