AMESBURY
The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Joel Albert Bernier, 37, 90 Burkitt St., Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 11:31 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Ronald Guilmette and Charles Sciacca made the arrest on Ring Street.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Toni M. Baker, 36, 11 Spring St., Salem, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. and charged with burglary and two counts of theft by deception. Officer Scott Mendes made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.
Charles J. Millard, 34, 140 Central St., Manchester, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 11:04 a.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officer Michael Cawley made the arrest on Centennial Street.
GROVELAND
The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:
Michael P. Pezzano, 47, 3 Spring Lane, Newburyport, was arrested Tuesday at 10:20 a.m. and charged with possession of a class C substance with intent to distribute, speeding, improperly registering a vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Detective James Morton made the arrest on School Street.
WEST NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:
Steven Hooper, 45, 6 Curtis Ave., Bradford, was issued a summons Tuesday at 3:39 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:
Crystall Spaulding, 28, 23 Keyes Road, Pelham. N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday at 12:20 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Strong issued the summons in Haverhill.
Richard J. Bagen Jr., 33, 760 Ocean St., Marshfield, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:45 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Jenkins issued the summons in Rowley.
Rodney K. McCray, 20, 13 Dudley St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:01 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a brakes violation and failure to wear seat belt. Trooper Cormier issued the summons in Haverhill.
Donald S. Devost, 39, 4 Emerald Court, Berwick, Maine, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:10 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulation. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Boxford.
William Cottonham III, 19, 81 Blue Heron Drive, Portsmouth, N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:20 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation. Lt. Gravini issued the summons in Newbury.
Norberto Grossi, 28, 10 Woodman Way., No. 7, Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 11:05 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Trooper Cormier issued the summons in Georgetown.
Lonnie C. Fortes, 33, 275 Minot St., No. 3, Dorchester; and Dakota S. Nelson, 23, 67 Pleasant St., No. 4, Auburn, Maine; were arrested Tuesday at 6:35 p.m. by Trooper Smith in Newbury. Fortes was charged with a previous warrant, while Nelson was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Willie J. Metz, 25, 9 Bartlett Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper McGrave issued the summons in Haverhill.
