SEABROOK CIRCUIT COURT

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, April 26.

Frances Stone, 57, 24 Batchelder Road, No. 10-D, Seabrook; driving while intoxicated-subsequent offense, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, committed, two years’ probation conditioned upon the installation and use of an ignition interlock device on the defendant’s vehicle, 3-year loss of license, $930 fine and completion of the state impaired drivers care management program; driving after license suspension for driving while intoxicated, not prosecuted (discontinued) (Seabrook).

Chelsea MacInnes, 20, 83 Elm Court, Seabrook, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), guilty, $350 fine (Seabrook).

Kimberly Knowles, 39, 7 Bigs Lane, Seabrook; criminal threatening with a deadly weapon (a butcher knife), not prosecuted (discontinued) (Seabrook).

Joshua Raftery, 23, 10254 Monee-Manhattan Road, Monee, Illinois; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $600 fine and 12-month loss of license; resisting arrest, guilty, 10 days in the house of correction, deemed served; receiving stolen property, guilty, 13 days in the house of correction, deemed served; charges of transporting alcoholic beverage, criminal mischief (vandalism), two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of violation of the child restraint laws were not prosecuted (discontinued) (Seabrook).
