AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Patti A. Chenevert, 50, 21 Thorndike St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:45 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer David Noyes issued the summons at Macy Street.

Tara N. Killey, 40, 37 Pilling St,. Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 12:12 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and speeding. Officers Noyes and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Interstate 495 past Route 150.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Raymond J. Fitzgibbons, 45, 270 Canal St., No. 208, Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 2:56 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Sgt. Timothy Hunter and officer Mark Thomas made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident in Market Square.

Zabriel Arroyo, 21, 42 Bellveue Road, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:42 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and having a modified exhaust. Officer Keith Forget and Sgt. Hunter issued the summons on Beach Road.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

David M. Lester, 24, 24 Hamlin Ave., Medford, was issued a summons Sunday at 4:43 p.m. on charges of speeding in violation of special regulations, racing a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Newbury.

Samnang Chhoeun, 25, 67 Elizabeth St., No. 8, Attleboro, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:40 p.m. on charges of racing a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Georgetown.

Corey P. Wilbur, 22, 416 Washington Ave., Somerset, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:55 p.m. on charges of racing a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper DeMeo issued the summons in Boxford.

Jonathan Wells, 32, 19 Fr. Gilday St., No. 501, Boston, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:08 p.m. on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Newbury.
