Police Logs

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Jodi McNamara, 46, 8 Liberty St., Merrimac, was arrested Monday at 12:54 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, fail to stop/yield and marked lanes. Officers Kevin Ward and Lauren Tirone made the arrest on Haverhill Road.

Samantha Lee Weeden, 24, 30 Field St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Monday at 4:38 p.m. on a charge of assault and battery on a police officer. Officers Ward and Thomas Hanshaw issued the summons after responding to an ambulance call to Field Street.

John J. Singleton, 51, 23 Cedar St., No. 1, Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 5:15 p.m. on charges of fail to stop/yield and no seat belt. Officers Jonathan Morrill and Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Haverhill Road.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Kandi M. Williams, 31, 86 Ashworth Ave., Hampton, N.H.; and Derek S. Moaratty, 32, 166 Newburyport Turnpike, Newbury; were arrested Monday at 4:23 p.m. and charged with previous warrants. Moaratty was also charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Sgt. Eugene Scione and officer James Leavitt made the arrests at CVS Pharmacy on Route 1 following a domestic call.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log.

Colin Matthew Ross, 22, 70 Kensington Road, Hampton Falls, N.H., was arrested Monday at 9:42 a.m. and charged with receiving stolen property. Officer Ryan Kane made the arrest on Kensington Road.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Andrew Nalesnik, 20, 10 Learned Lane, Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 7:45 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Harris issued the summons in Merrimac.
